Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the price of most products. Where a separate shipping charge applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout, and free shipping is available above the stated order minimum for larger items.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information, where available, will be included.

Payment and dispatch

Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment has been confirmed in our account. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to confirm your transfer after you send it.
